STAR One is an Indian television channel that primarily broadcasts Hindi entertainment. Launched in November 2004 with its show, Remix, the channel gained in popularity with television shows such as Remix, The Great Indian Laughter Challenge, Nach Baliye, Dill Mill Gayye, and most recently, Miley Jab Hum Tum and " Love Ne Mila Di Jodi". Part of News Corporation's STAR TV network in Asia, STAR One is one of India's most popular general entertainment channels, which, in addition to sister network STAR Plus, also include Colors, Zee TV, Sony Entertainment Television, NDTV Imagine, SAB, and Sahara One.
